We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in mobile phones and consumer electronics. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to handle returns processing, customer support, and incoming inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Returns & Refunds

  • Receive and process returned merchandise

  • Inspect devices for condition, functionality, and completeness

  • Determine eligibility for refunds, exchanges, or restocking fees

  • Issue refunds accurately according to company policies

  • Record return details and outcomes in internal systems

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly

  • Resolve order issues, return requests, and product inquiries

  • Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach

  • Escalate complex cases when needed

Inventory & Warehouse Tasks

  • Receive, verify, and log incoming shipments

  • Unpack, inspect, clean, and prepare devices for resale

  • Grade merchandise based on cosmetic and functional condition

  • Label, organize, and stock inventory on shelves

  • Maintain accurate counts and an organized workspace

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written communication (email-based support)

  • Comfortable handling smartphones, tablets, and electronics

  • Basic computer proficiency (email, order systems, spreadsheets)

  • Ability to lift boxes up to ~40 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or electronics environment

  • Experience processing returns and refunds

  • Familiarity with grading or testing consumer electronics

  • Experience using Amazon Seller Central is a strong plus
