About the Role

In this position, you’ll play a central role in supporting our advisors and clients, ensuring every client interaction feels seamless and high‐touch. You’ll manage scheduling, coordinate reviews, and help maintain an exceptional experience across the practice.

Responsibilities Include

• Schedule and track all client review meetings
• Prepare meeting materials and ensure Advisors are prepared for each appointment
• Coordinate team calendars, client appointments, and internal events
• Monitor workflows and support daily practice operations
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Deliver professional, elevated service in every interaction

Qualifications

• Some industry experience preferred (financial services or wealth management)
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through
• Professional, client‐focused, and proactive mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive
• Experience with client relationship management CRM tools
