Position: On-site Manager 

Summary 

The On-site Manager is responsible for overseeing workforce operations and performance at assigned construction sites. This role ensures optimal staffing alignment, adherence to compliance and safety standards, and effective coordination across recruiting, sales, HR, and site leadership teams to achieve project goals. 

Key Responsibilities 

Coordinate with recruiters to source, place, and onboard site personnel. 

Collaborate with sales and site representatives to forecast workforce needs and track performance. 

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, certifications, and training requirements. 

Monitor key site KPIs includes attendance, productivity, quality, and safety, addressing issues, promptly. 

Oversee timesheets, staffing budgets, and cost tracking. 

Manage on-site challenges such as attendance issues, performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and PPE allocation. 

Support incident reporting, investigations, and return-to-work processes. 

Deliver regular reports on staffing levels, compliance status, and performance outcomes. 

Requirements 

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction site management or industrial workforce operations. 

Demonstrated understanding of construction site operations, safety standards, and compliance frameworks. 

Proficiency in scheduling, workforce forecasting, and cross-functional communication. 

Safety certifications such as OSHA preferred. 

Ability and willingness to travel 50%+ or more as required by project needs.

Compensation Structure 

Base Salary: $65,000- $75,000 

Commission: KPI Centric and will be finalized within 15 days of hire 

All travel expenses and housing disbursements will be provided. 

Must have valid drivers license and transportation.
