Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursery Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding childcare
- Ensure high-quality EYFS practice and continuous improvement
- Maintain full compliance and a safe learning environment
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
- Support staff development and promote best practices
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality early years education
