The Opportunity
Glazing Renovations is the dedicated installation and servicing department of the Glazing Vision group, specialising in high-quality, complex glazing solutions. To maintain our high standards of customer service and to support our growing sales effort, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator.
This role is the backbone of our sales process. You will be the essential link between our initial client enquiries, the sales team, and the project delivery teams, ensuring all administrative functions run smoothly, accurately, and professionally.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Estimating teams, playing a crucial role in converting enquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enquiry and CRM Management: Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales calls and email enquiries. Accurately log, track, and update all sales leads and customer data within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
* Quotation Support: Assist the Estimating team with preparing, formatting, and sending out professional quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
