Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments with customers and technicians. Manage daily scheduling to optimize technician routes and minimize downtime. Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment details, updates, and any changes. Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, and service notes. Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and high-quality mobile service delivery. Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with scheduling software and Google docs.
