Data Analyst (Manufacturing)
Position Summary: Analyze operational data to improve effectiveness, efficiency, performance tracking, and informed decision-making within a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Operations and cross-functional teams to identify trends and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights.
Essential Job Functions: • Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities within manufacturing operations. • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business performance tracking. • Monitor key operational KPIs and provide regular insights and variance analysis to stakeholders. • Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and systems. • Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for management. • Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical methodologies.
Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Must have prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. • Proficiency in Power BI. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
