OurmanufacturingClient(NotFood)basedintheFensislookingtorecruitaQualityManageronafulltimepermanentbasis.WorkinginawellestablishedbusinessyouwillbereportingintotheTechnicalManagerandberesponsibleforensuringthebusinessiscompliantwithallUKregulationsintermsofAuditsandalsoconductingtheseauditsandreportinganyissuestoseniorManagementforactionupdates.Ensuringthequalitystandardsofthebusinessaremaintainedandadheredto. JobRoleasQualityManager Develop,implement,andmaintaintheQualityManagementSystem(QMS)inlinewithISO9001andrelevantindustrystandards(e.g.,CEmarking,BS/ENstandards,localbuildingregulations). Manageinternalandexternalqualityaudits,includingcorrectiveandpreventiveactions. Controlandapprovequalitydocumentation,SOPs,workinstructions,andinspectionplans. Ensureeffectivetraceabilityofmaterials,components,andfinishedproducts. ManufacturingQualityControl MonitorinspectionofProducts Monitorin-processqualitycontrolsacrosscutting,welding,cleaning,andfinalassemblyoperations. Monitorfinalproductinspectionspriortodispatchtoensurecompliancewithspecificationsandworkmanshipstandards. Managenon-conformingproducts,rootcauseanalysis,andcorrectiveactions. Reducescrap,rework,andcustomerreturnsthrougheffectivequalitycontrols. ContinuousImprovement DrivecontinuousimprovementinitiativesusingLean,SixSigma,PDCA,orKaizenmethodologies. Analysequalitydata(defects,complaints,scrap,rework,KPIs)toidentifytrendsandimprovementopportunities. Leadrootcauseanalysis(e.g.,5Whys,Fishbone)andimplementsustainablecorrectiveactions. Collaboratewithproduction,engineering,procurement,andmaintenanceteamstoimproveprocesscapabilityandefficiency. Promoteacultureofqualityownershipandcontinuousimprovementthroughouttheorganisation. Customer&SupplierQuality Workwithsupplierstoaddressmaterialqualityissuesandimprovesupplierperformance. Participateinsupplierauditsandqualityimprovementinitiatives. Supportcustomerauditsandtechnicalqualitydiscussionsasrequired. TobeconsideredforthisroleyouwillhaverelevantQualityManagementexperience(notnecessarilystaff)andContinousImprovementskillset. TheroleisMondaytoFridayandbased100%onsite(cangotodifferentbusinesslocationsasrequired).Salarycirca£40kandinterviewstohappenASAP.
