Field Services Engineer

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Ireland.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and supporting highly advanced semiconductor metrology systems within cleanroom and laboratory environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring optimal system performance and long-term client satisfaction.

• Conduct site surveys and pre-installation assessments
• Install and commission advanced semiconductor systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Deliver technical and basic application support
• Provide customer training and technical guidance
• Build strong relationships with key semiconductor accounts
• Act as the communication link between customer sites and global technical teams
• Manage documentation and service reporting accurately and on time
• Support service contract growth xcfaprz and new system opportunities

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Physics, or related discipline
• Experience supporting complex capital equipment in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
• Comfortable working in cleanroom, production floor, and laboratory environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
