- Applies knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory practices
- Advises business on technical aspects of Empower effect training, operations, and projects
- Provide Empower technical support in a GMP regulated environment globally.
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs
- Deliver Empower technical training in a GMP regulated environment globally.
- Modify or prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Keep attendance, assessment, and other records
- Share knowledge and guidance of Data integrity and Current Good Manufacturing Practices
Education Requirement and key competences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
- Support end user training for Empower, Windows 10 among others.
- Provide guidance for laboratory testing processes and automation using various instrument software packages.
Work Experience
- 2 plus years Quality control experience and Empower user/super user role
- Creating, reviewing, and locking Empower Methods and templates.
- Experience as a trainer or technical trainer
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. xcfaprz PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Ability to work successfully independently, as part of a team or as the project lead.
