GemPool’s client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional Product & Technology initiatives. This is an initial 6-month contract, with potential to extend up to 18 months or convert to a permanent role.

What You’ll Do
- Lead medium-to-large Product & Technology projects from initiation to delivery.
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, resources, and dependencies.
- Drive execution and accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Manage risks, scope changes, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive and customer-facing communication as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree; PMP or equivalent strongly preferred.
- 7–10 years managing software development or technology projects.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheet or Jira/Confluence a plus.
- Experience in clinical research, healthcare technology, or regulated industries preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with regulated industry projects.
- Familiarity with PMO tools and reporting dashboards. xcfaprz
