These diagnostic test kits are used across a wide range of healthcare settings - from labs and clinics to bedside and at-home testing for conditions such as infectious diseases, viral illnesses and cardiometabolic markers.
EHS professional to join their growing operation in Galway.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHS programs across the site.
- Maintain and deliver effective EHS training strategy.
- Manage internal EHS audits and inspections, and track actions to completion.
- Analyse EHS data and trends to lead proactive initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate risk assessments for tasks, areas, and equipment.
- Support the maintenance of a certified EHS management system (ISO 45001), including leading the EHS site committee and integrating EHS representatives.
- Oversee incident investigations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Conduct manual handling, ergonomic assessments, and compliance checks on batch records and manufacturing documentation.
- Continuously improve EHS training programs and deliver site-wide briefings and modules.
- Support regulatory inspections and documentation management in a GMP environment.
- Ensure responsibilities under the site's Health & Safety Management System are upheld.
- Provide support in security and site access control.
- Perform additional EHS-related duties as required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a lab or manufacturing operation.
- Familiarity with internal auditing and associated documentation is required.
- EHS professional with strong leadership and influencing qualities.
- Excellent organizational and self-management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
