Internal Audit Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit of a leading Fintech firm, the ideal candidate will support them in the planning and delivery of a variety of audits across the group, with excellent exposure to the SMT and Executive.

• 
  
• Support the Head of IA in the development of the audit strategy
  
• Partner closely with Group in the enhancement of 3LOD strategies
  
• Lead a variety of audits across financial, technology and operational (among others) producing a high level of reporting
  
• Partner with the Head of IA in successfully delivering the annual audit plan
  

• 
  
• Undergraduate degree with professional accounting or audit qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIA etc.)
  
• Experience within Big 4 advantageous and prior experience working on fintech/payments audits
  
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal
  
• Ability to work on own initiative but also to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders
