As a remote customer experience professional, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring the advancement of our systems and creating a high-quality experience for every customer.
You will work from the comfort of your home, setting your own flexible schedule between Monday to Sunday (7am-8pm MST). This is an opportunity to earn $24 CAD per hour while being part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, accountability, and integrity.
Our ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer-facing experience and strong problem-solving skills. They are passionate about innovation, eager to learn and adapt to new technologies, and comfortable with change. The ability to meet performance objectives and productivity targets is essential.
