As the SEO Content Manager at Zoom, you will contribute to the SEO strategy across multiple digital properties. You will partner with marketing, content, product, and engineering teams to ensure our international websites are optimized for organic search. The SEO team partners with key digital, development, and product teams across our ecosystem of digital sites to ensure we're delivering a best-in-class experience. Owning and evolving the SEO roadmap for all Zoom digital properties including international SEO. Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential, non-branded search terms relevant to our target audience and business objectives. Analyze search volume, competition, and user intent to prioritize opportunities. Delivering clear SEO guidance to internal and external content teams to optimize for keywords, on-page elements, user experience, and accessibility. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, and conversions. Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with product, content, and engineering teams to bring SEO strategies to life through scalable, high-quality execution. Helping design and implement workflows that improve content production, localization, and on-page optimization at scale. Monitoring Zoom's visibility across both traditional and AI-generated search engine results, identify performance gaps, and guide strategic action. Hold a Bachelors in Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of SEO experience in an enterprise SaaS business-with a record of delivering measurable growth. Prove track record of launching and scaling SEO experiments, making bold, data-informed decisions, and learning quickly. Understand the traditional keyword research methodologies, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors, as well as an interest in adapting our strategy for LLMs. Have the ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing what matters most and working both independently and with cross-functional teams. Demonstrate genuine curiosity and openness to learning, adapting, and evolving with industry trends. Have a good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical audiences. Prove experience working on international SEO + localization strategies. Prove experience with link-building strategies. Prove experience with paid search, programmatic SEO, and YouTube SEO. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $97,600.00 Maximum: $225,700.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
