MEP Manager

AA Euro Group are currently seeking an MEP Contracts Manager to join a leading main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-density, large-scale residential developments across the Dublin area. The MEP Contracts Manager will be responsible for the coordination, management, and delivery of MEP subcontract packages, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial targets are achieved. Working closely with site teams, design consultants, and subcontractors, the role plays a key part in successful project delivery from pre-construction through handover.

• Overall management of MEP subcontractors across one or multiple residential projects
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and electrical systems
• Coordinate MEP design development in line with programme and construction sequencing
• Ensure works are delivered in compliance with specifications, drawings, and regulations
• Monitor progress against programme and report to senior project teams
• Manage change, variations, and technical queries in conjunction with commercial teams
• Lead MEP coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors
• Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance on site
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation

• Trade background or third-level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• 7+ years experience in an MEP-focused role (Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Engineer)
• Strong experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
• Proven background working with main contractors or large MEP subcontractors
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical xcfaprz and electrical systems, commissioning processes, and Irish building regulations
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontract packages and interfaces
