The Senior Project Manager will lead complex strategic initiatives across technology and business transformation. The role requires strong leadership, governance management, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across the organisation.

• Lead delivery of large-scale IT and business transformation programmes
• Define project strategy, governance structures, and delivery frameworks
• Manage project budgets, resources, and delivery timelines
• Provide senior stakeholder engagement and executive reporting
• Manage complex risks, dependencies, and cross-programme impacts
• Ensure alignment with organisational strategy and regulatory requirements
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including business, technology, and vendors
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices

• 8-12+ years experience in project or programme delivery
• Strong experience leading complex IT or transformation programmes
• Demonstrated ability to manage large stakeholder groups and executive xcfaprz leadership
• Strong governance, risk, and financial management experience
• Experience managing multi-workstream delivery environments
• Background in financial services, banking, or fintech
• Experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven change
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or Agile certifications
