ICT Applications Manager
to lead and coordinate our Core Services Team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our Core IT Systemsincluding ERP, DMS and other key operational applicationscontinue to support an effective, modern and efficient policing service. Youll take ownership of shaping system improvements, prioritising change, and driving digital transformation across back-office processes. Through strategic insight and continual service improvement, you will help modernise our ways of working, enhance productivity, and unlock organisational benefits. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who can balance operational demands with long-term strategic vision, ensuring our technology supports our people and aligns with the Forces strategic objectives. What Youll Be Doing Leading and coordinating the Core Services Team to deliver a consistent, high-quality service to departments across the Force. Assessing, prioritising and enabling changes to Core Systems in line with national standards and ITIL best practice. Planning and managing resource requirements to support projects and programmes of work. Ensuring effective incident management and supplier liaison to meet SLA commitments.
