Position: Senior Project Manager (Full-Time)

Industry Focus: Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Technology

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead large-scale capital projects in the Life Science and Manufacturing/Technology sectors. This role involves working directly with clients to deliver successful outcomes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted leader and advisor to clients for complex capital programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead teams including designers, contractors, and cost managers.
• Manage all stages of the project lifecycle – from strategy to execution to delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and performance goals.
• Oversee project teams and ensure safety, quality, timing, and cost goals are met.
• Identify risks and manage project challenges proactively.
• Implement best practices in project governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Deliver clear updates and reporting to internal teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• PMI or similar project/program management certification.
• Strong experience managing complex capital projects, preferably in Life Sciences or Manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading diverse teams across multi-phase projects.
• Familiarity with various delivery models (Design-Build, CM at Risk, etc.).
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
