You’ll DoDrive Growth & Performance
Lead membership growth, consumer and business lending production, and deposit expansion.
Execute strategic plans that align with On Tap’s enterprise growth objectives.
Champion sales leadership and hold your team accountable to strong performance outcomes.
Blend community engagement with disciplined execution to ensure Golden is a high-performing market.
Be the Face of On Tap in the Community
Build strong, trust-based relationships with local businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, and influencers.
Cultivate visibility and represent On Tap as a relationship-driven, solutions-focused financial partner.
Generate sustainable new business opportunities that fuel long-term growth.
Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team
Partner with our financial professionals to deliver operational excellence and compliance integrity.
Coach advanced lending skills — consumer and business — to elevate team performance.

Proven success in business development and relationship building
Demonstrated sales leadership and performance management experience
Advanced lending expertise with the ability to coach others
Strategic thinker with strong financial and operational acumen
Confident decision-maker with excellent judgment
High emotional intelligence and strong conflict resolution skills
Exceptional communication and influence abilities
Strong organizational discipline with a results-driven mindset
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a retail banking or credit union environment
Demonstrated success in lending production and sales leadership
Strong knowledge of consumer and business lending products
CCUFC certification preferred
Formal leadership or sales management training preferred
Willingness to attend community events (nights/weekends as needed)
Personal smartphone capable of running current iOS or Android operating system

Salary range is $75,000 to $95,000 based on skills and experience, and bonus eligible.
