Responsibilities
- Ensure all works is carried out in adherence to ESB safety standards
- Ensure Survey is carried out in line with ESB guidelines
- Ensure all survey findings are recorded accurately
- Report all Near misses/Good catches encountered onsite
- Checking poles for rot or damage
- Complete Madison Bore checks
- Identify headgear that needs replacement
- Check overhead conductor for damageCheck ground clearance in adjacent span to pole
- Identify any hazards on the network
- Identify any upgrade works that are required at pole location
Requirements
- Previous experience working on ESB networks an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Must be confident working on their own initiative
- Safe xcfaprz pass
- Full, clean, manual driving license
