• You will lead the delivery of healthcare & education architecture projects from early concept through to completion.
  
• You will oversee the technical development of projects, ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations and relevant standards.
  
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are functional, safe, efficient, and delivered to a high standard.
  
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design and regulatory standards.
  
• Manage project programmes, budgets, consultant coordination, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining design quality and technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• 
  
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working as an Architect, with a strong portfolio of healthcare, education, or residential projects.
  
• Excellent technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of Irish Building Regulations and relevant standards.
  
• Proven experience managing projects through the construction stage, conducting site inspections, coordinating consultants, and resolving technical and compliance-related issues.
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage clients, collaborate effectively with professionals, and work confidently within multidisciplinary design teams.
  
• Familiarity with local authority processes, approval pathways, and regulatory compliance requirements within the Irish sector.
