A growing residential developer is looking to add a Junior Quantity Surveyor to their expanding commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stages of their QS career to join a supportive environment where you’ll receive hands on training, mentorship, and clear progression into a Quantity Surveyor role and eventually into wider Commercial Management opportunities.
The business specialises in residential developments, delivering modern housing projects across the Southeast of Ireland. With several new projects underway and a strong pipeline, they’re continuing to expand their team and invest in developing junior talent.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and friendly team where you’ll gain exposure to the full commercial lifecycle of projects, working closely with experienced professionals who will support your development.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the commercial team with cost tracking and reporting
- Assisting with subcontractor coordination and procurement
- Helping prepare documentation and project cost information xcfaprz
- Working alongside project and site teams on live developments
- General commercial and project support as you learn the role
What they’re looking for:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- 1 year experience / internship in a Quantity Surveyor role is beneficial
- Commutable to Waterford
