Job Description Job Title: Quality Control Technician Food Production Pay: $17.00/hour to start $19.00/hour plus shift differential once hired on Schedule: Training on 1st Shift Regular schedule will move to 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM ________________________________________ Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for a food production facility. This position is responsible for ensuring all products meet company quality standards and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and compliant production environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards Accurately document inspection results and production data Identify and report any quality or safety concerns to management Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and company policies Assist with internal audits and inspections as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area ________________________________________ Qualifications Previous quality control experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production setting Understanding of food safety standards is a plus ________________________________________ This is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company offering competitive pay and advancement potential.
