Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a HR, Payroll and Operations Coordinator position located in Saint-Laurent (Montréal) .
Location: Saint-Laurent, Montréal
Schedule: 37.5 to 40 hours per week
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year (depending on experience)
Work mode: Hybride
Role Overview
Reporting to management, the HR, Payroll and Operations Coordinator will oversee payroll administration, human resources processes and operational support. The role acts as a key liaison between management, supervisors and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll

Process bi-weekly payroll using Nethris

Maintain employee payroll records
-
Track vacations, absences and statutory holidays

Produce year-end tax documents (T4 / RL-1)

Prepare CNESST reports

Manage expense reports and group retirement plan administration

Coordinate group insurance administration
Human Resources
-
Manage the full recruitment cycle

Draft employment contracts and HR documentation

Answer employee questions regarding payroll, benefits and policies

Maintain employee records

Ensure compliance with labour standards
Operations

Work closely with branch supervisors

Validate payroll information (hours, absences, adjustments)

Provide on-site HR support to teams

Support internal communication and workplace climate initiatives
Requirements

Education in HR, administration or accounting

Payroll administration experience
-
Knowledge of Nethris payroll system (strong asset)

Knowledge of labour standards and CNESST

Recruitment and HR administration experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage confidential information
