You will design and deliver end-to-end solutions combining modern React JS frontends, robust Java backends, and low-code/high-impact Node-RED flows for real-time integration, orchestration, and conversational routing. Knowledge of *** Watson Assistant and/or Google Contact Center AI (CCAI/Dialogflow CX) is a significant advantage.
