About Us
Concept Projects Group is seeking a *proactive and motivated Project Manager* to join our dynamic Engineering Project Team.

As Project Manager, you will oversee *multiple strategic engineering projects*, ensuring they align with company objectives while delivering value to our clients. The role involves planning, coordination, risk management, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
The Role
As a *Project Manager*, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary engineering projects from initial concept through to delivery.
You will work closely with clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered *on time, within budget, and to regulatory standards*.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage *multidisciplinary engineering projects* across their full lifecycle
* Develop and maintain *detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones*
* Proactively manage *project risks and mitigation strategies*
* Conduct *engineering assessments* and propose innovative improvements for clients
* Collaborate with clients on *feasibility studies and project development*
* Forecast *budgets and CAPEX requirements*
* Ensure projects meet *regulatory standards and best practices*
* Coordinate activities with project teams, clients, and key stakeholders
* Monitor *project timelines, deliverables, and budgets*
* Manage *change requests* and maintain project alignment
* Ensure projects deliver *measurable outcomes and benefits*
Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates who bring both *technical understanding and strong project leadership skills* within the *FMCG / Food Production / Pharmaceutical Industrie*s.
*Essential:*
* Degree in Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience)
* Proven track record of *successfully delivering projects*
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Ability to work *independently and collaboratively*
* Proficiency in *Microsoft Office and IT systems*
* Willingness to *travel across mainland UK*
*Desirable:*
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
* Familiarity with *APM or PRINCE2 project methodologies*
* Experience in *FMCG, Food Production, or Pharmaceutical industries*
