About
Reporting to the VP Revenue Management & Distribution, the Revenue & Data Analytics Manager will drive data-led insights to support revenue performance across the portfolio. The role will translate complex data into clear actions, improving forecasting, identifying optimisation opportunities, and strengthening commercial decision-making. Working closely with Revenue, Commercial, and Technology teams, the role will also enhance the revenue data infrastructure and reporting tools, helping embed a Test & Learn culture and enabling smarter, faster decisions across the business. THE STAGE IS SET
The stage is set for something different. We don't run conventional hotels; we build places with character and intent.
What began as a small UK aparthotel portfolio has grown into a European collection recognised for design and atmosphere - and we're now entering a new chapter. As we redefine the brand and evolve our identity, we're focused on creating spaces that feel compelling, contemporary, and truly distinctive. Locke leads with bold expression; Cove by Locke refines that same spirit into a quieter, more streamlined approach.
Guests come to rest, work, or escape. Comfort is a given - great beds, hot showers, genuine service. But we aim to create moments that feel memorable and a little unexpected, bringing back the sense of mood hospitality often lost.
This is our backdrop. We're on an exciting journey step on stage and play your part. THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS
Revenue Performance & Analytics Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to uncover correlations, emerging trends, and new revenue opportunities across the portfolio. Lead the monthly revenue forecasting process, ensuring forecasts are delivered on time, remain accurate, and support commercial decision-making. Support the annual revenue budgeting cycle through detailed analysis, scenario modelling, and stress testing to strengthen financial planning. Deliver ad-hoc commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and operational decision-making. Develop and refine a broader set of performance KPIs to identify optimisation opportunities beyond traditional metrics and STR benchmarks (e.g. early sell-outs, suboptimal segment mix, pricing inefficiencies). Use data to champion a Test & Learn culture across revenue and commercial teams, defining clear hypotheses, assumptions, and measures of success before implementation. Monitor performance post-implementation, providing structured evaluation, insight, and mitigation actions where required. Revenue Data & Reporting Infrastructure Own the design, maintenance, and optimisation of the revenue data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, automation, and reliability. Build and continuously improve dashboards and reporting tools that provide rapid, accurate, and decision-ready insights for stakeholders. Establish clear processes for data governance, accuracy, and compliance across revenue systems and reporting environments. Partner with IT to contribute to and develop a multi-year roadmap for revenue analytics, incorporating automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies. THE FIRE YOU CARRY

We're here to rethink what a modern lifestyle hotel can be. That takes pace, creativity, and people who enjoy working with purpose.
If you're comfortable with change, motivated by ideas, and focused on crafting meaningful guest experiences, you'll do well here. We value individuals who can hold a vision, appreciate atmosphere, and want their work to have impact.
Skills can be taught. Mindset can't. There's no single template for success here - just the right approach and willingness to grow.
