My Dublin based client is recruiting for a C# / .Net Technical Lead for a 12 month daily rate contract initially. This role will be 1 - 2 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the software engineering team, ensuring high coding standards and effective Agile delivery.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting requirements analysis, solution design, and development planning.
- Conduct and facilitate code reviews while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Manage development activities within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Manage technical dependencies, resolve blockers, and communicate progress and risks.
- Work with architecture teams to align on technical solutions and maintain documentation.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant third-level qualification with 5+ years’ experience in C# / .NET development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum environments.
- Good understanding of software development standards, design patterns, and SDLC practices. xcfaprz
