We are hiring an AI Implementation Engineer for our client, a pioneering organisation in the science, pharmaceutical, and technology space that is building an AI‑first culture to accelerate innovation and improve patient outcomes.

This is not a passive support role. The AI Implementation Engineer will be the internal AI catalyst, someone smart, curious, self‑directed, and unafraid to solve problems others haven't yet figured out.

As AI Implementation Engineer, you will identify high‑impact AI opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and embed scalable AI tools across the organisation. You'll work at the intersection of technology, science, and business – translating AI capability into measurable operational and research impact.

• Evaluate, select and integrate AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks) aligned to strategic priorities
  
• Design, build and deploy AI‑driven solutions from proof‑of‑concept through to production
  
• Partner with scientific, operational and leadership teams to reimagine workflows using AI
  
• Establish governance, best practices and responsible AI usage frameworks
  
• Develop integrations between AI platforms, APIs, cloud systems and internal applications
  

• 
  
• 4+ years in software engineering or a hands‑on technical role
  
• Strong experience with AI/ML tools, large language models, APIs and cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP
  
• Naturally proactive: you work on your own initiative and thrive with autonomy
  
• A creative problem‑solver who sees solutions others don't
  
• Strong communicator who can explain technical possibilities to non‑technical stakeholders
  

Experience in life sciences, pharma, or regulated environments, particularly with security, data governance and compliance is highly advantageous.
