A growing building services consultancy is seeking a talented MEP Engineer (Mechanical and/or Electrical) to join their Dublin-based team. You’ll work on a diverse range of projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and office sectors, contributing to high-quality, coordinated mechanical and electrical design solutions.


The Role

As an MEP Engineer, you will be involved in the design and coordination of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams from concept through to detailed design and delivery.


Core responsibilities:

  • Designing mechanical and/or electrical building services installations for live projects
  • Producing calculations, specifications, reports, and coordinated drawings
  • Collaborating with other engineers, BIM teams, and project stakeholders
  • Supporting site visits, surveys, and design team meetings
  • Working to agreed deadlines while maintaining high technical standards
  • Contributing to project coordination and quality delivery

About You

  • Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in building services design
  • Experience delivering projects within healthcare, education, or commercial sectors
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport
  • Working towards Chartership (or interest in progressing toward it)
  • Experience with Revit/BIM is a strong advantage
