Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++. Expertise in motor control for BLDC/PMSM motors. Deep understanding of real-time systems, interrupts, timers, PWM, ADC, communication protocols. Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and model-based workflows. Experience in test automation using Python or similar tools. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills on embedded hardware. Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and customer interaction skills. Preferred Skills Experience with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS). Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Exposure to HIL systems (NI, dSPACE, Vector). Knowledge of battery-powered tools, power electronics, and safety systems. Experience in product safety standards (IEC/ISO) is a plus
