Your Role Join our dynamic Cloud Engineering team and contribute to transforming the Teradata Vantage platform. This cloud-native, service-oriented architecture aims to revolutionize enterprise analytics. We seek passionate engineers to create intelligent, scalable, and secure cloud services that utilize AI for automation and optimization. In this role, you will design and implement innovative solutions that leverage AI and data-driven insights to effectively manage and scale infrastructure across major cloud providers, including Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure. Be part of a team that values reliability, innovation, and automation as we advance self-managing cloud systems. Key Responsibilities Develop cloud services for overseeing compute, networking, and control-plane operations across multiple cloud environments.
Automate workflows for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using intelligent agents.
Create threat models to ensure the security and compliance of our cloud services.
Team Collaboration Collaborate with a diverse Cloud Engineering team within our Product Engineering organization, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. What We're Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related area, or equivalent hands-on experience.
3+ years of experience in designing and managing distributed systems on public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
Proficiency in DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
Expertise in programming languages including Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Familiarity with AI/ML models or APIs for process automation or performance optimization.
Preferred Skills Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Experience working with Teradata, RDBMS, or NoSQL databases.
Understanding of observability frameworks.
Enthusiasm for utilizing AI-assisted software development tools.

Salary Range: 111800.00 - 139800.00 - 167700.00 Annually Compensation will vary based on location, role-related experience, and skills.
