Join Our Team! We are seeking a skilled Remote Computer Hardware Technician to become an essential part of our organization. In this role, you will execute critical hardware repairs and installations for laptops and desktops, with a focus on Dell and Lenovo products. If you are experienced with computer hardware and enjoy hands-on work, we encourage you to apply! As part of our onboarding process, you will receive complimentary certification in Dell and Lenovo, which will enhance your professional skills and credentials. Position Details This is a 1099 Contract position. You can expect to manage 2-5 service calls daily, with compensation starting at $35 per completed ticket. Your responsibilities include performing hardware part replacements as part of Dell and Lenovo warranty services. You will receive payment every Friday, commencing the week after you complete your service tickets. A reliable mode of transportation is necessary to fulfill call obligations. You must have access to a computer and the internet for logging into your tech portal. Logging into your tech portal by 9 am each workday is mandatory to accept, code (update status), and plan your service calls. Effective communication with customers is essential; you will need to confirm service windows for onsite visits. All required parts will be provided by manufacturers, which you will typically pick up at FedEx each morning, along with shipping labels for returning any replaced items.
