* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
* Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
* Familiarity with care plans and HIPAA regulations
* Background in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings
* Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including those with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care
