*Duties*

* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatrics and early intervention programs
* Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals
* Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve communication skills
* Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies
* Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed for optimal outcomes
* Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to support ongoing improvement outside of therapy sessions
* Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
*Requirements*
* Proven experience working in school settings or pediatric environments is highly preferred
* Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and early intervention practices
* Familiarity with physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to speech and swallowing disorders
* Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and interpret clinical data accurately
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients of diverse backgrounds and age groups
* Demonstrated understanding of patient care principles within multidisciplinary teams
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
* Valid licensure or certification as required by local regulatory bodies
