Role Summary: We are seeking a Google Data Analyst to support the Digital Workplace Function, specifically working with the Email and Microsoft Office team within the Collaboration and Communication Services (C&CS). This role will focus on delivering data-driven insights and performance measurement to enhance the user experience of internal digital services. You will operate under the guidance of a Senior Performance Analyst and work within a multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of performance measurement frameworks and meaningful KPIs.
Apply quantitative and qualitative data analysis to drive service improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders, user researchers, and service teams to deliver actionable insights.
Communicate analysis clearly using appropriate formats and tailored messaging for varied audiences.
