Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant team at Butlin's Restaurants in Skegness!
In this exciting role, you’ll report directly to the Kitchen Manager and play a crucial part in running our bustling kitchen. You’ll lead a fantastic team of talented chefs and step up in the Kitchen Manager's absence. Your passion for delivering exceptional experiences will shine as you monitor performance and develop action plans focused on continuous improvement.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Support and inspire a large team of chefs through daily briefings and hands-on leadership.
- Manage stock control and ensure the presentation of food meets our high standards.
- Drive financial performance by delivering food cost budgets through effective menu planning.
- Uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations in line with legislation and company policies.
- Be a role model for Butlin’s unique way of working, ensuring training schedules and performance development plans are in place.

This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, totaling 40 hours, so flexibility is key. Be prepared for some late shifts, including 4am finishes, especially during our fantastic adult breaks.
