Asset Manager (Construction) - LimerickRequired for a well known property developer to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.You will develop and implement asset strategies, working closely with the construction team to align renovation, redevelopment, and acquisition plans. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including rent collection, budgeting, and forecasting for both residential and commercial assets etc
