Access Talent Group are recruiting for a Planner for one of the biggest contractors in Ireland working on exciting large‑scale projects in Galway or Dublin.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather relevant information for planning.
  
• Analyse and assess project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Planner in large‑scale construction projects.
  
• Proficient in using planning software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
