What You'll Do
- Drive the day-to-day administration and configuration of our Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket)
- Proactively identify and resolve Atlassian-related issues to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and implement effective solutions
- Help plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance activities
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for our Atlassian environment
- Deliver user training and support to maximize tool adoption and effectiveness
- Enjoy flexible working arrangements with hybrid/on-site options
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities xcfaprz
- Basic familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle fundamentals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Basic programming or scripting experience
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
