- Lead and manage electrical design packages through all project stages.
- Ensure compliance with client standards, statutory regulations, and building codes.
- Coordinate electrical systems with CSA and mechanical disciplines.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for accuracy and constructability.
- Identify and mitigate design risks, supporting planning and commercial teams.
- Develop and track design deliverables, schedules, RFIs, and key project registers.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Support value engineering, sustainability initiatives, and off-site manufacturing strategies.
- Assist with tender submissions and pre-construction activities where required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or data centre sectors.
- Strong understanding of statutory consent and building regulations processes.
- Proven technical design and construction coordination experience.
- Experience leading meetings and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in BIM and Revit. xcfaprz
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
