Our client is seeking a Citizen Developer who will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to design and deliver innovative solutions using low-code/no-code platforms such as Genesys, Hyperscience, and Usher.

You’ll primarily support customer service teams across group and individual pension and protection products, helping to optimise processes and enhance service delivery.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and document current processes
  
• Develop and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms
  
• Customise and enhance solutions to align with business needs
  
• Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
  
• Create and maintain application documentation and user guides
  
• Provide ongoing user support and continuous improvement
  
• Communicate project updates and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
  

• 
  
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure and technology
  
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, data analysis, or basic scripting (advantageous but not essential)
  
• Background in business systems, operations, or internal tooling
  
• Technical mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms
  
• Strong understanding of business workflows and requirements gathering
  
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their business impact
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Hybrid working model- 2-3 day per week on site
  
• High chance of contract extension
