Key responsibilities include utilizing RF scanners to locate and retrieve products, verifying order accuracy, and packing items according to established guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanning technology.
- Verify item details, quantities, and ensure product integrity before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, following specific packaging instructions.
- Label packages correctly for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal workspace and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Assist with inventory control tasks as assigned, such as cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets and contribute to smooth logistics flow.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors promptly.
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and occasional overtime, including weekends.
- Must wear provided PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed shoes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good communication skills.
