We're looking for a local PM with CRM campaign experience who can navigate large, cross-functional projects within an organization similar to AbbVie's size (understanding dependencies, etc.).

• Location & Schedule: 
• • Must be local and able to work onsite in a hybrid capacity in Mettawa, IL. 
• Role: 
• • Works within their Digital Lab/Patient Services - managing communications through SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Managing content's metadata (tagging emails with descriptions of content, etc.). 
  • This role supports overlapping requirements and looking at process optimization for cross-functional testing and interfacing with brand marketing leads. 
  • Reporting lives within Power BI (should be familiar with pulling metrics, etc. from there; won't be building anything themselves). 
  • Open to titles/roles other than PM, like a Business Analyst, etc. 
• Required: 
• • Must have experience with CRM. 
  • • Must have an understanding of CRM metrics and reporting. 
  • Must have experience working with cross-functional teams. 
  • Ideally targeting 10+ years of experience, but open to less (6+) if they have the right experience and background. 
  • • "The more experience the better"; no amount of years of experience are considered overqualified. 
• Preferred: 
• • Exposure/experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a bonus. 
  • Pharma experience is not a priority; just looking for enterprise level experience. 
• Duration: 
• • High likelihood of extension after initial contract duration. 
• Interview Process: 
• • 1 round with HM.
