Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an On-Site Construction Project Manager to join our team!
You will be responsible for visiting multiple job sites, monitoring project progress, coordinating between contractors and clients, and ensuring projects move forward according to plan, schedule, and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Visit multiple job sites daily to monitor progress and verify the current construction stage of each project
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through implementation
• Ensure projects are progressing according to schedule and identify upcoming stages of work
• Allocate resources for assigned projects when necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials
• Identify issues on site and resolve them by coordinating with contractors and relevant parties
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Ensure job sites remain organized and that work follows approved plans and permits

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or related fields
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project stages
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple job sites simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites daily
