Landscape Supervisor

Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, leading crews, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design intent and company standards.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Supervise, train, and mentor landscaping crews.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality.
• Oversee planting, pruning, fertilization, irrigation, and general landscape maintenance.
• Enforce safety protocols and equipment standards.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding progress and site needs.
• Quality Control and Property Inspections.
• Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable landscaping experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, soil science, and landscape installation. 
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL and Pesticide License a plus).
