HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, self-motivated Administrator who wants to take their career in a new direction. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, helpful person to join our existing team.
*Purpose of the Job:*
To provide a highly professional, responsive and accurate administration service to the business and to support the management in the daily administrative duties.
*Key Tasks:*
Provide general administrative support to the helpdesk department.
Maintain and update system records and customer databases.
Collate, file and archive records and implement new systems where necessary.
*Personal Attributes:*
To fulfil the role effectively you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to take ownership of any query and show willingness to see it through to a successful conclusion. You will have an excellent telephone manner, be proactive and keen to learn new skills.
*Qualifications / Experience:*
The successful candidate must possess GCSE or equivalent in both Mathematics and English, at Grade C or above. In addition to having strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role is preferable.
*Working Hours:*
The position is full time, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with an entitlement of 30 minutes paid lunch break. Due to the nature of the role a flexible approach to working hours is expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,040.00 per year
