Position: Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Location: Kent ME1 2UR

Salary: £30,443.40 Per Annum

Hours: 45 hours per week

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Support the smooth running of the nursery, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Maintain professional relationships and report any concerns to management as per company policy.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Full and relevant Level 2/3 childcare qualification - essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable.
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
