This role is ideal for a people-focused leader with 3+ years’ experience managing software teams, from any technical background, who enjoys building strong teams and delivering high-quality software at pace.

You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, driving delivery excellence while supporting career development through coaching and mentorship. You’ll play a key role in scaling the function, strengthening processes and tooling, and embedding AI-driven ways of working.

• Lead, mentor and develop a cross-functional engineering team
• Hire and grow the team to support expansion
• Establish and improve development processes, tooling and infrastructure
• Own delivery commitments and ensure high-quality output
• Drive engineering best practice and continuous improvement
• Remove blockers to improve team productivity
• Accelerate delivery from idea to customer release
• Champion the practical use of AI within the development lifecycle
• Ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Manage resources, budgets and delivery priorities

• 3+ years’ experience leading software development teams
• Background in any technology stack (Stack used internally is .Net, AWS, React)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
